Job Description:

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help facilitate and manage numerous business critical industry and customer events, sales & marketing communications, and social media / website activities. This position reports directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing, and supports the Sales & Business Development team as well as Director of PLM Strategy, and Senior Product Development and Marketing manager roles. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a critical business support role and will be responsible for the following key deliverables.

Marketing & Communications Support:

· Coordinate event planning, communications, event registration, and delegate / exhibitor requirements for 6-10 annual industry related events and/or trade shows

· Update and maintain DAA Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other important social media and customer communication platforms as required. Monitor web analytics and optimize usage and postings to maximize effectiveness

· Work closely with clients & agencies to coordinate distribution of DAA press releases

· Coordinate the creation, printing, and distribution of sales and marketing collateral, white papers, brochures, and other related marketing material

· Create, manage and maintain DAA’s annual marketing event calendar

· Facilitate both internal and external sales & marketing related communications via email, DAA website, DAA intranet (DAA Wiki) to support the business

 

Sales & Business Development Support:

· Assist in the collection, tracking, and management of monthly / annual sales reporting, metrics, and important customer data points

· Coordinate, track, and facilitate both in-house and 3rd party sales campaign initiatives, mailings, email, and other campaigns

· Assist sales team with reporting, tracking and coordination of customer site visits whether at DAA or customer’s location

· Assist in the collection, tracking, and distribution of inbound sales leads resulting from campaigns, trade shows, and industry events

· Create, maintain and manage accurate customer database for sales, marketing, and business development related activities

· Support sales & business development team with administration and coordination of sales proposals and customer quotes as required

· Coordinate and manage accurate posting, filing, and archiving of sales, marketing, and business development related documents and content on DAA’s internal drives, folders, and DAA Wiki
