Bill Johnson has over 18 years of engineering experience as a Mechanical Engineer with Design Automation Associates, Inc. and Newport News Shipbuilding. His primary responsibility is to lead development of custom computer based engineering systems that apply Knowledge Based Engineering principles to automate engineering processes. In this role, he has successfully integrated several automated engineering software products into customer business units to reduce required engineering labor or analysis lead-time. In addition to being lead developer on many Rules Based Engineering projects, he has developed Functional Specification Requirements Documents and Proposals.

Bill has a MSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BSME from the University of Connecticut.
