Dan's background is from United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney with over 20 years experience in gas turbine design and structural analysis. In his most recent position as a Turbine Design Discipline Chief, his focus has been to provide technical guidance, standard work, and processes for Design Engineers. Prior work included the design, analysis, and procurement of a variety of gas turbine components with emphasis on turbine rotors. Dan's role at DAA is to provide leadership and technical guidance to our growing number of Engineers as well as working directly with DAA customers to solve their technical challenges.

Dan has is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut with focus on both solid mechanics and thermal sciences.
